Thank you for visiting my website and for considering Karla’s Auction House to be the Auction Service provider for your auction.

Holding a successful auction requires more than just putting up a few auction posters advertising a date and time.  It involves far more publicity than that, for instance, a strong Internet presence is essential for modern day advertising.  Obviously you agree, as that is where you are viewing this message right now.

Hosting a successful auction also involves many other things from the selection of the most advantageous date for holding the auction, proper publicity, adequate staff to ensure that the Auction proceeds smoothly, a fair and complete presentation of the items to be sold, and ending with a proper and correct financial accounting of the Auction.

I, and my staff, have the experience and know how to do these things for you, so that you will realize the greatest financial return for your Auction.

I am a second-generation auctioneer, having worked for my father, Doug Ukrainetz, as a clerk for 14 years.  I attended the same Auction College as my Father graduated from 30 years ago, and I graduated with an average of 90%.  This was the realization of one of my greatest dreams, to follow in his footsteps and become a successful auctioneer with my own business.  I might add that there are very few female auctioneers, and I am very proud to be one of them.

My business will concentrate mainly on Auctions in the fields of Household, Estate, Antique, Charity and Real Estate, but I will be pleased to discuss any ideas that you as a prospective client might have.   We do our job professionally, and have fun too.  Everyone enjoys themselves at our auctions!

Consultations are always free, and you are not under any obligation to engage my services.  Please do not hesitate to give me a call to discuss your upcoming auction.
